What counts as a voice minute?+

Time the agent is on an active call. Silence, hold, and voicemail playback all count. Missed calls don't.

How does billing work?+

One card, one receipt, billed in your local currency monthly — no FX surprises. Unused minutes expire at month end. Overages are billed at the Growth per-minute rate.
